Hi, I’m Jenna,

The first thing you need to know about me is that I believe in fairy tales. Well, one in particular!

Do you remember Goldilocks and her journey of discovery? The porridge, the chair, the bed. Everything had to be just right, but most often, things just weren’t to her taste.

Well, my career journey has been similar. I’ve had jobs I’ve loved and jobs I’ve loathed, and while not every job has been just right, I’m grateful to have tried out different industries, company cultures, managers, and hierarchy structures at varying levels to have developed a firm understanding of what’s most important in a workplace.

And I want to share that knowledge with you.

I’m passionate about helping people consistently improve their experience at work, as well as guide them to encourage a solid support network within their team.

I believe in progress over perfection, looking for the next right step, as opposed to staring at the mountain in front of you. I’m an optimist, an empath and would rather ask ‘why not?’ a dozen times before doing what’s always been done just because.

How might this be of help you? One of my greatest strengths is being a creative problem solver, and a bit of an idealist- if I can see a better way to do something, and leave someone better off for it… You wouldn’t want to be the one to tell me no!
